Short version: this website does not run analytics, does not show ads, has no database and has no forms. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to email or message us.

What the website itself collects
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie and no form on this site.
Three things can be stored in your own browser, and all of them stay there. If you press "Remember my choice" on the cookie notice, your browser stores that one answer so we stop asking. When an advert is shown to you, your browser stores the date and which advert it was, so you get at most one a day and see the other one next time. None of it is ever sent to us.
What we collect when you contact us
Only what is needed to reply to you and run your session:
- Your name or Epic display name — so we know who we are talking to and whose account we are reviewing.
- Your email address or Discord username — so we can reply, confirm a time and send your notes.
- The plan you want — so we know what you are booking.
- Your payment method, and the handle you pay from — so we can send you the right payment details and match your payment to your booking.
- Anything else you choose to write to us — entirely your choice what goes in a message.
- Match recordings you send us — only for as long as it takes to review them and write your feedback.
We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, your phone number or your card details, and you should never send them to us.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you booked a session.
- We do not take card numbers or bank details. All payments happen inside your own payment app.
Who sees your booking
Every booking goes to the founder, and only to the founder. Nobody else sees your message while the booking is being arranged.
Once your payment has gone through and your session is confirmed, the founder passes your coach the details they need to run it — your display name, the plan you bought, the time you agreed, and anything you told us about what you want to work on. Your payment details are not passed on.
Beyond that, the services we use see what you send through them: your email provider and ours, Discord if you message us there, and your payment app if you pay through it. Each of those has its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email SIMPLISTIC1030@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Young players
You must be at least 13 years old to book a session with us or to join our Discord server. If you are under 13, please do not send us your details — if we find out we are talking to someone under 13, we will delete what we have.
If you are between 13 and 17, get a parent or guardian's approval before you book anything or send any payment. If a parent or guardian contacts us and asks us to delete a young player's details or cancel their booking, we will do it without argument.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
